Water bill/ $40- I need water to cook and be able to bath.
Electric bill/ $200.00-I need lights to be able to do my homework and other important things.

My response is this article is explaining how obama wants a change in the money that we spend on things. I think that this is a not so good way to put things it's crazy and selfish. He wants everything to be about him and no one else and thats crazy that he wanjts it that way.
