My response is this article is explaining how obama wants a change in the money that we spend on things. I think that this is a not so good way to put things it's crazy and selfish. He wants everything to be about him and no one else and thats crazy that he wanjts it that way.

2. My response is that this picture was taken during the slave time.

3. My response is that the faces look as if they are getting turned down from their meal order.

4. My response is that this happens today because there are still people who judge by color or by race and this is 2014 and it is still happening all the time all over the world.

Heterogeneous- different people/culture etc.

Reservation- public land given to Native Americans by the Government.
Refugee- move for protection purposes.
Assimilation- adapting to another culture.

Ch. 21 sec. 1

Populations that have grown are the African Americans, Hispanic Americans, and Asian Americans.
The groups have grown into big rates. The trends are changing even for WV. There are know own to be more females than males in West Virginia. African Americans have been decremented against longer. All of the gains have been made by African American. Native Americans have arrived in the 1600's. Most of them were in the South or Eastern part and there population was wiped out. There are 6 million left. Tacks of tears was for the Indians who left away. Drinking still remains in the Indian tribes. The Government passed the Indian education Act. The die younger. There babies tend to die move than others. Hispanics can be any race and they speak Spanish. Don't have to be a Mexican to speak Spanish.  Worked on the railroads.. They work for less unlike us others. They were kept in small groups and cramped up in a cell that was not nice. Can't be put in a camp anymore.
men get paid more than the women who help work for them.

Ch.21 Sec.4
The 14th amendment was the first constitutional.  citizens in the U.S are where they reside. 90% of Americans are citizens by birth. You can only be a citizen by birth or naturalization. They had denied him because they said he wasn't a U.S citizens that just because you are born here don't mean your a U.S citizen. He had sued the people and that he won that if you are born in the U.S you are a citizen. You can become a U.S citizen after sometime, You have to take the citizenship test and the collectives make the test for you to take. And you can choose to become a U.S citizen. (******En masse) This normally happens when the U.S gains a new territory. You have the right to abandon your citizenship through expatiation. It is illegal for for congress tom take away citizenship. There are chances that you could loss your citizenship by normally this don't happen to anyone from the U.S. Marriage does not make a person a citizen. it shorts the process of which you can become a citizen. War lets very few in or no of them at a ll in it depends on what congress says. They gave a preference to a meted number of citizens.
