1. My response is yes they should be charged because what they are doing is wrong and it's taking a life of someone's loved one.

2. A ensnarer is life facing and a felony is something that you have done and it will always be with you.

3. if you are caought bullying someone you should be faced with sereval charges for your nonsense that happens everyday.
